Visually stunning! This mall is right in the heart of downtown Brickell. It's open and breeze. You can't hear any of the noises or traffic that is literally outside the mall. The mall houses many expensive stores. But if not are not about the shopping just walk around and admire the views!

This is a great new venue for the Brickell Community. In addition to the array of both familiar and novel stores, there are also some excellent places to eat. The environment is open yet comfortable due to the innovative climate ribbon which is both functional as well as visually interesting. Most people in the neighborhood are anticipating the opening later this year of the Italian food market. One of the highlights of the impressive complex is the rooftop bar/tapas restaurant, Sugar, which has spectacular city views. Overall a great place to visit and hangout, with lots of parking.

Amazing! Fabulous location for the tens of thousands of residents in downtown Miami and Brickell who had to go far away for decent shopping. Good selection of stores, upscale, luxury, good food options. The new CMX movie theater is fabulous, a VIP treat, unlike anything in Miami to catch a movie on a special date. (At opening it was dead, but by mid-2017 was practically fully operational).

The architecture design is stunning (like this rain guard in the photo) so prepare for sensory overload. The layout and terraces are super cool; you won't be disappointed if you're an aesthete. Love that it's on a Mover stop, but better yet, free two hour parking...in Brickell!!! Get it.

Beautiful shopping oasis with so very many specialty stores and imports! Excellent dining options among which is a new mainstay for us "Tacology!" Very nicely laid out buildings making up the whole center and a state of the art parking garage makes it such a pleasure to visit!

No food court or area to relax and people watch. Over priced high end stores. Open concept mall with no common area walls. Not comforting on a hot summer day. Attractive building design, but did not get that relaxing mall feel.

Beautiful place just to go walk around. Stores are high end. I like walking around here.

Brand new shopping complex with numerous stores and eatery. The parking is free for the first 2 hours (it may be a promotion). They use the sea breeze to help ventilate and keep the air temperature down which is super neat! A must see.

This is a breezy, quiet, open-air retreat in the middle of downtown. A lot of shops aren't open yet, but there are a handful of attractive places to eat. The parking structure is clean and bright. Currently, parking is free for the first two hours. I went over by 15 minutes, so it was $3.

Structural design is stunning and the hotel and rooftop bar at East are breathtaking. The mall, however, does not have many appealing or diversified options for shopping. Overall overpriced and underwhelming. It is intriguing that the mall has boutique teas and French treats but very few truly exciting and original shops. Value and reasonable pricing was completely absent from this mall. Still optimistic about the expansions. Looking forward to seeing the new restaurants that will be opening, and checking out the movie theater.

Such a beautiful and open place. In the center of Miami. Has the best restaurant on the top floor, called tacology. I still dream about it... And they just opened a movie theatre right next to the restaurant too

Very nice architecture, cool spot for sure. I was impressed. Parking was free and easy since it was Sunday night. I don't think that's a typical experience.

Of all things to love, the parking lot gained my heart right away. No matter where you park, the access to the building is right there! Smart.

Super chic mall! You feel like you're not in Miami. Very open and nice breeze come both side at night, the design is nice and interesting. Love it!

The prices in the shops are way out of reach do I wouldn't come here to necessarily but anything. However, the mall is absolutely beautiful and I walk through with my dogs almost every weekend. They also have some good restaurants that aren't as expensive as you would think. I am just waiting for the movie theater to open at this point.

What a destination. It is an indoor - outdoor 3 level mall experience with an impressive collection of shops, restaurants, a 2-level Italian market, and upscale movie theater.. really fabulous just to see the architecture
